At Pranusha Herbs, we carefully pack and dispatch every order to ensure that your products reach you safely.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, available shipping and tracking information will be provided so that you can track your package.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery may take longer for remote locations, during festivals, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable promotion.

4. Delivery Address

Please make sure that your name, mobile number and complete shipping address, including PIN code, are correct when placing your order.

Pranusha Herbs will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or incorrect contact details provided by the customer.

5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

We will coordinate with the relevant courier or delivery partner and assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when you receive it.

If the product is damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the package and product.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
